The testing was performed according to Zucker, 2001. Silver coated mirror was supplied by AHF Technik. Apo TIRF 60x N.A. 1.49 objective was tested with the four laser lines (405, 488, 543, 633 nm). Field of view (20x20 µm resolved 512x512 px) was evaluated. Data were z-sampled: 8 µm thick, step size 0.1 µm, maximum primary reflectance by the mirror was set between 0 to -1 z. Attached images correspond to xz view of the reflectance intensity profile and linear intensity profiles.
