PSpeck (175nm) fluorescent beads acquired from Invitrogen Molecular Probes were mounted into the Immu-Mount mounting medium Shandon for measurement purposes. Attached images represent at least 5 accumulated individual beads, accumulation was performed in Huygens Professional software.
