The scope

Microscope facility of Institute for Inborn Errors of Metabolism serves as an open facility for First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University at Prague. Most users are individuals dedicated to performing microscope experitments for their research groups and thus can work independently. However, we are ready to help anyone interested in solving their biomedical problems with our microscopic equipment (more in Rules). The facility also serves as a teaching ground for undergrarduate and postgraduate studens - Practical course of confocal microscopy, multiple fluorescence labeling, deconvolution, colocalization and 3D reconstrution.
